Versa 2 won't connect to my new iPhone

I got a new iPhone 15 and when I try to connect my Versa 2, the phone app asks for the 4 digit code displayed on the Versa 2, but the Versa 2 just displays 'Unlock with your phone'"

To better assist you, may I know if you still have access to your old phone? Please note that when you have the device lock feature enabled, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone if you've entered an incorrect PIN code 10 times.

To unlock your device with your old phone:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay or Google Wallet as if you were setting it up for the first time.
