Hi my versa is not bringing my notifications through and never has since you sent a replacement. The watch is syncing intermittently for instance its hasn't synced since 8 this morning and when i try and force the sync its just saying sync in progress. I have tried a lot if the troubleshoots in the site without any success. Had no issues with my charge 2 at all.

Hey @Mattyman1892, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the time you have taken to try to fix the syncing issues with your Versa. Maybe, since you are also using a Charge 2 on your account, your Versa is taking a little bit long to sync. I'd like you to take a look at this help article: Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account? And let me know if the issue persists.
