Versa won't turn on

Charged my Versa to 100%, went to turn it on and it won't. App shows no steps or anything along those lines.. says it synced today but finding know how and says battery is at medium, pretty upset such an expensive watch is not working a month after I got it!

 

And why are you not responding to us Fitbit? Do you not know this is what pushed customers away? We expect minor issues but we also expect a response. 😠

Try a restart below on pg 68, still problems, try the factory reset on that page.
