Connection and sync issue

I had a Blaze for years until I began to have issues with notifications, connection and syncing constantly.. So I upgraded to the Versa 2 for a little over $200 and I guess I was expecting this to resolve the issue. well it hasn't, at all and in fact its worse due to all the features the Versa offers. 

I attempt to connect my bluetooth constantly so I can update my weather, steps and information. However I have had nothing but issues with this. 

I have a Samsung Note 10, so it appears I will be returning it and no longer sticking with FitBit. I guess I have to get a Samsung watch in order to connect to my Samsung... How sad Fitbit...

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your information. Thank you for the information you've provided and for the feedback.

 

The Samsung Note 10 is not part of the list of supported devices. Many users are able to sync and receive notifications from non supported devices but on these cases we are not able to guarantee that everything will work as intended.

 

Our team is constantly working to add new devices to the list. At the moment, we don't have information about which phones will be added but once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, you can follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues. In addition, you can set up your Versa 2 as a replacement watch by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1580941306158.png

     

    , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
