My Versa 2 is not syncing, getting any calls or notifications or keeping correct time. I have restarted it, removed the app on my phone and reinstalled. It works for a couple of hours and then stops everything again.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, to resolve the syncing difficulties you're experiencing, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. In regards the notifications feature, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa Lite with the steps that were shared on my previous post. To further investigate, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process following the next steps:

RicardoFitbit, my Versa 2 is not syncing and is not keeping the correct time. I have followed instructions to sync, turned bluetooth off, unpaired it with my Galaxy Note 10, cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled several times, restarted the phone and the Versa 2, turned the phone and the Versa 2 off several times and nothing is working. When I unpair it, it will not pair again, in the Fitbit app, it will not sync...it shows a red dot with ! in it. I did get it to sync a couple of days ago after clearing the cache and uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling it, but now it's doing it all over again. Can you please help me?

I did a factory reset on my Versa 2. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it. The Versa 2 is showing up under my account in the Fitbit app, but it will not pair. It says it found it, but that's as far as it goes, then I get the message to make sure it's charged (which it is), restart it and/or turn off bluetooth and turn it on again, all of which I've done. So, now what should I do? Thanks.

My versa 2 isn't synching with my iPhone X.
I've tried all the suggestions linked in this thread and nothing has worked.
