Versa2 : Not able to configure any application

I tried almost all applications.. Strava, Agenda, clock face... not able to sync any with the versa 2... Tried with the FITBIT app.

a blue circle in the center appears to try to connect... but this goes on for  hourss.. and nothing happens.

 

Anyone facing similar issue?
