Hi since updating my versa lite this week i have had on off problems with syncing to my phone.
I have been intouch with live chat and updated the fitbit app, disconnected and re connected bluetooth, restarted my versa lite and done a force stop on the app, it started to work yesterday and has now lost connection 2/3times again today/tonight!
What else can i do?
Im missing notifications and its getting annoying

this is happening to my lite as well it is completely shut down keeps vibrating the screen I can touch side button and see then it pixels out.... then restarts

Thanks for your reply and couple of months ago, I'm still no further forward on this issue!
I have to restart my versa a couple of times a day to get it to sync, sometimes i have to restart my phone and turn bluetooth on and off and then restart the watch again.
Very frustrating!!
You said to get back intouch with the support team but to be honest i dont know how i did it in the first place if your not able to suggest anything can you point me in the right direction please?
