I had this Versa Lite for almost 10 months and last week I noticed the time on my Versa Lite was behind, making me wake up late for work. I would go into the FitBit App through my iphone and it would sync back to the correct time. I did this for 3 days, and eventually, the blue tooth on my phone stopped recognizing my fitbit. It stopped syncing and I went on every thread and followed the different ways to try to get it to function again more than 3 times. The only time I noticed it would sync is when I connect it to my computer, but after a few minutes of unpluggining it, it went back to "looking for device" and not syncing, I been trying this whole week to get it to work properly and just now, my fit bit is stuck on the screen "To Start, download the fitbit app". My phone AND my computer doesn't recognize the versa lite anymore. How do I fix this?I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app, I have restarted my fitbit watch plenty of times, I removed the fitbit device from the app, my phone has the latest software update, and my watch also has the latest update. Please Help.
