I've tried to connect to chat the, started talking to someone and then lost the connection. Tried to get back on again and it now says 'error that page is following a different trail'. That happened to me 3 times, talked to 3 different person and my issue is not resolved, I thought it was an issues with my connection but after checking the community I've realised that it's something that happens to a lot of people. I've tried to clear cache, I've ran out of different device to use as well. I don't know what to do now. Lost hope
