Connection issues with Versa 2

My versa 2 is not syncing and I'm not getting any notifications.  I'm seeing a lot of this, what's happening

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2, can you please let me know which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Do you receive an error message while trying to sync your device? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Also, for the notifications issue, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have an S9 (samsung). The GPS connection issues started about 3 weeks and has gotten worse every week.

This week, I couldn't sync the GPS automatically.  After rebooting both the phone and the versa2,  I managed to sync, but it only lasted one or 2 minutes, before it lost it again.
