I have a Versa, had it paired to my phone received notifications. My versa had to be replaced. I have a new versa. My phone is compatible. I removed old one from app and Bluetooth. Set up new device. Checked notifications settings. Not receiving any. Follow troubleshooting tips and tricks. Today, I unpaired from Bluetooth. I removed versa from Bluetooth. I removed versa from fitbit app. I Uninstalled app. I checked to make sure my phone was up to date. I restarted phone. Download app. Added versa. Went through notification setting. Paired with Bluetooth. Still can't get notifications. Please, help ! Thank you

To better assist you and further investigate why you're not receiving notifications on your Versa, can you please let me know which phone are you using with it? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Also, let's make sure power management is disabled for the Fitbit app:
