Versa 2 reboot loop

My Versa 2 turns off and on all day and stops tracking HR. I've done the troubleshooting and called and done troubleshooting with a tech on the phone. Turning the Versa off and on and resetting and factory resetting...it's all be done and it does not fix the problem, my Versa will not stay on. It is still under it's one year warranty period but Fitbit makes it difficult to find information to return. So what exactly am I supposed to do now? I'd really like to be able to use my Fitbit.
