Connectivity issues

I can’t get Bluetooth to pick up my watch anymore, it just doesn’t show up in the list of possible devices to connect to. This happens with both my phone and iPad. I’ve tried everything suggested on the website but nothing works. Sometimes it syncs randomly but the numbers are always off and when I try to do a manual sync it says it can’t locate the device. I hope this is just a bug and it gets fixed quickly because I just got this watch as a gift in August.

I am having the same issue - sometimes my Versa syncs but more often than not it doesn't and it says the same thing - that my phone is unable to find it. All since the new IOS update - and my phone is less than a year old! Frustrating at the moment because I can't even use it for the time as it keeps losing time!!

I have an android but seem to have issues iPhone is having. Worst part is sure doesn't seem that FitBit cares. Take our money, give us inoperable product. It worked great for 2 months. Now it's just a $200 paper weight. Thanks FitBit 🙄
