I've been having sync issues for the entire month now, today I was excited there was an update to hopefully fix the issue.
I've been trying to update my versa for 3-4 hours now and it is stuck on the update screen with 1/3 of the screen loaded. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Fitbit app, forgotten the device in my bluetooth settings, restarted my phone, factory reset my versa and it's still stuck on this screen no matter what.
I'm very frustrated I can't use my watch at all.

I am having the same issues! I did a factory reset and now my watch is stuck on the screen with the Fitbit logo.

Same here! They even sent me a new one and it won't pair either. I'm about done!

Apologies for my copy & paste advice, but try setting up your Versa Lite from within the W10 app. You'll need a PC with Bluetooth, but once you've got your watch up and running it should sync with your phone.
Be aware that your watch can only communicate with one device at a time, so make sure any competing Bluetooth devices are either off or out of range.

I did that, but it doesn't even give the lite as an option to set up

If you've reset/restarted the watch and its still not appearing when you try to set it up from the W10 app, I guess the best thing to do is exchange it. I would contact support (again?), explain the problem, and then consider my options.

They actually sent me a new one last week... still having the same problem. When I plug the charger in my laptop, it installs the driver, then says its unavailable. I'm so beyond frustrated at this point. I even switched to a new phone with no avail.. crazy, it worked, then it didn't

Or the fact that the phone app has the lite as an option to set up, but not the laptop

They don't say anything since they can't see it on my account, because i can't set it up 🤷🏻
