My versa 3 constantly gets disconnected from my phone multiple times a day and then I have to go through re-pairing it. Why does this keep happening? Is it the Fitbit? I have an iPhone 12.

I am having the same issue too but with the iPhone 11 but I cannot sync data from the watch to the app. Tried re-pairing the watch and phone but no luck at all.
I have checked to see if the app needed updating but it’s up to date, this has been going on and off for about a week now.

I'm having the same problem. I'm about to throw the stupid watch out the window. This is my second Versa3 and my 4th fitbit device and I've never had any problems with the prior devices. I've had this one for a month and I am extremely dissatisfied with it. It counts steps wrong, doesn't measure heartbeat even remotely accurately and now it doesn't even stay paired. My brand loyalty is at it's limit. It is unacceptable to have this many problems with a brand new device.
I have been trying to pair mine since yesterday. 8/31. It says it’s connected to my Bluetooth but the Fitbit app says something went wrong, abort or retry. This is my 4th fitbit and have never had this problem. I’m very frustrated as well!
I'm having this problem as well. I changed my phone back in February from a Samsung Galaxy to a Xiomi Redmi Note 10 and now it constantly drops the sync. I don't get any sleep or exercise info. It's just basically become a(n expensive) step tracker!
