For several days my Versa Lite has been stuck on downloading. I can not reset because I can’t get to settings. I’ve held in the side button, gotten the logo and then it goes right back to downloading. The only part that I can access is the fitness tracker. Help!

Hi @Chelleroney  Do you have a Versa or a  Versa Lite? Try restarting the device as per the instructions. Restart your tracker

I still can’t restart. The only button in versa lite is the side button. It continuously just goes round and round on the screen as if it is loading.
Only one green sensor is glowing on the back side.
