Since yesterday I have been getting a screen that looks like it should be on the matrix.  There are white lines and they move up and down the screen, i am also getting a constant screen flicker and cannot read any of the screens as they move around on their own, the only way to clear is to turn off and on again but it is gradually getting worse. 

I spoke to support this morning and did a complete reset but this only made the problem worse. Can anyone help?
