Syncing issues with Versa

I have had my versa for about four months. All of a sudden, yesterday it stopped syncing. The battery is at 100%. I can see the apps like the timer and exercise but none of my data is registering. When I try to sync on my phone it won’t sync. I have an Aria scale as well and that is syncing just fine. I have cleaned the Fitbit to make sure it wasn’t an issue with contact.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
