I have had my versa for about four months. All of a sudden, yesterday it stopped syncing. The battery is at 100%. I can see the apps like the timer and exercise but none of my data is registering. When I try to sync on my phone it won’t sync. I have an Aria scale as well and that is syncing just fine. I have cleaned the Fitbit to make sure it wasn’t an issue with contact.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
