Hi

ive started to notice the sides of my Versa screen are losing their black pigment and turning orange. Even after restarting, it’s less then 12 months old so I’m pretty disappointed after the price tag it holds to purchase.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @sazhandy. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're having with your Fitbit Versa screen. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts by doing a restart. I recommend trying to turn off your device by following these steps: On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. Wait a few minutes and then turn your watch back on by pressing the back button.

I also recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face and see if this helps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes!

I’m having a similar issue. I noticed an orange border around the screen. Changing the watch face didn’t help. I called customer service and they suggested factory reset, that didn’t help. Is this problem going to get worse to where I can’t see anything? My Versa watch is only 18 months old. I take good care of my Versa . It hasn’t been dropped and I only use the charger that came with it.

Is the lifespan of Fitbit Versa only 18 months?
