Can someone please tell me why my Versa stops counting my steps as I walk?  I have to tap it to “wake it up”.  I am a new user and wondering if I did something wrong during set up.  Thanks for any help.

@Suedeb try rebooting versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes.
