Fitbit versa screen won’t turn on.

I stopped using my Fitbit for like two months then started using it again I put it on the charger and it didn’t say it was charging. The screen won’t turn on at all. It also is not connected to my phone. I’ve tried restarting it but it won’t do anything the screen still stays black.

Hi, did you charge the battery in these two months? If not, then I'm afraid your battery is dead as a result being totally empty for a long while. Had the same problem a while ago when I had the Blaze. In order to see if it's really dead, you can do the following: try to do a factory reset: press and hold all three buttons untill Fitbit logo flashes or, if that's not the case, press and hold the buttons for about 15 secs and then release the right lower button. When you feel a strong vibration release the other buttons. If this does not work, repeat the entire procedure. If this does not work after you have tried this procedure, I'm afraid it's a goner.
