Device worked all this tile time since Dec, managed to connect it to WiFi last night and few hours later screens gone all white - when charging screen stays white. Tried restarting it but same effect. Managed to sync and says I did 79 steps from 12am to 2pm 😳 I was asleep at the same time 🤔 think device is malfunctioning

@Milus What happens when you reboot the device? Does screen blink black? You can try 3-button factory reset. This will wipe your Versa, so you will have to set it up again as a replacement device:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
If you're unsuccessful with the reset, I'm afraid you will have to contact Customer Support.

All kidding aside, it's not uncommon for the tracker to record steps while sleeping, most likely due to movements during the REM sleep stage. Granted, I don't believe I've ever gotten as many as you state during sleep, but I have gotten in the 20s and 30s.
As for the white screen, have you installed any new apps or clock faces recently? Could be the culprit. I do hope it's something as simple as uninstalling a bad app or clock face and that your device is not malfunctioning.

My device consistently logs 200-300 steps while I am sleeping? Is this a settings issue or normal?
