Counting steps while sleeping

It looks like the issue persists, my versa 2 keeps counting steps while sleeping.

Unacceptable for such an expensive device. 

I've tried all previous workarounds.

How many steps? Do you move around a lot at night? In theory your tracker can not count steps, but counts arm movements that normally occur when steps are being taken.
