Hi, I know this is something that a number of users have problems with (shocking wrist pain)
I sent the watch back, fitbit were great, job done, I've tried a number of different watches since and have the same problem with them all.
I've had a watch without the hr sensor and still happened, It's not a nickel allergy so I'm now thinking maybe the battery, are there any fit bits that the battery prongs can be covered?? Or charged to the side rather than the back?
