time and syncing

Wi Fi not connecting and time is off by about 14 minutes. tried everything and had someone on chat. Nothing has worked... suggestions ???

Hi @eileennoah  -  if it's a new watch get a refund, time should never be out by more tha few seconds unless it hasn't been synced for ages.

When the watch syncs it sets the time right. Sometimes it is neces6to restart the watch and phone for syncing to work.

The syncing is done via Bluetooth and not by WiFi.
