I broke the face of my Versa. Is there a way to have it repaired, or will I need to purchase a new Fitbit?

You’ll likely need a new device. Fitbit doesn’t repair devices.

@pcbwalt Fitbit won't help you. But if you bought with a credit card, your bank might. Also, there was someone on another thread a few days ago stating that there's a law (in the UK I believe) that companies aren't allowed to exclude wear and tear from the first 6 months of the warranty. So, you might want to look into that, too.
