Needing help please. I purchased my Versa on July 31, 2018 and now my screen is cracked. I called 877-623-4997 and explained my issue about the cracked screen. The agent asked what do I use my Fitbit for, so I gave him the info. He places me on hold and goes on to tell me that there is nothing I can do other than to purchase a new one. Never said anything to me about a replacement or any kind of a discount. By chance is there another number I can call to see if I can get it replaced? TIA!!
