I've had my versa for about 3 weeks now and have got a big crash/smash in the top left hand corner of it from a small rock hitting it. It had a screen protecter but the screen got more damaged than it! I suppose the waterproof sealing it busted and it being waterproof is why i bought it over other smartwatches around the versas pricepoint. Does anyone know how I can get it fixed? Ive looked on the internet and can't find any results! BTW fitbit if you see this i am Not bying a new versa so theres a lost customer.

The Versa can't be repaired and accidental damage to the tracker is not covered by the warranty. If you contact Customer Support, you may get some kind of discount offer on a new one.

@Avocheeseado I doubt Fitbit is going to replace it for you. You might be able to exchange it if you bought it from someone else. Or, if you paid with a credit card, they might replace it for you. If you were using a plastic screen protector, I recommend glass.
