I noticed a crack on the screen after less than 2 months of regular usage. Contacted customer service. They were not able to help out. What can I do guys? Thank in advance!
After the online chat, I have written the passage below; not sure if this will help.
To Whom It May Concern:
I have used a Fitbit Versa for less than 2 months (Preordered on March 14). After these few weeks of what I believed to be "regular use". I noticed a crack on the screen. I am unsure if the product is still "swimproof" as listed on website. The customer service department was not able to help me to get the item fixed or replaced. I have ordered another Fitbit Versa on the same account (April 4,). I have previously purchased 2 Fitbit charge HR and also recently bought a Fitbit Aria 2. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done for a loyal customer like myself. I believe losing a loyal customer (who has spent roughly $1000 on Fitbit products) greatly outweighs the cost of a $250 Fitbit Versa. My email is ______ should you decide to get in touch with me.
Best,
Jason

Cracked screens are not covered by my phones warranty either. Mine broke after 30 hours.
Did you purchase the extended warranty.? Problem would be solved .

This is really unfortunate. I’ve been reading that quite a few people have cracks and scratches on their Versas not long after they have purchased it. For a product that is suppose to be worn during very active activities and while you sleep ( so technically you’re wearing it at all times) Fitbit should have made sure their product is durable enough to withstand these activities and everyday wear. It’s quite disappointing. This is not a cheap product where it is easily replaceable. Fitbit should at least offer a way to replace the damaged parts.

After 6 days of LIGHT use of my brand new Versa now have a cracked screen. I never
exercised or participated in any activity in which I feel an FITNESS ACTIVITY watch would
have cracked. This is my first Fitbit, after reading other negative reviews I figured it was
still worth the risk. There is clearly a materials or design issue with this watch as a
cracked screen on a $250 watch after 6 days of LIGHT use is absurd. My Samsung Gear S and cell phone screens held up fine after years of daily use. Fitbit was kind enough to offer me a 25% discount to buy another $250 watch, Yay! The VERSA screen is a low quality product!

You would have to check the warranty with Asurion it is your call as to if it is worth it. $149 and up to protect the tracker for two years
