I am disappointed with fitbit’s customer service.  I purchased my versa through amazon and paid 199.99 which was its price on Fitbit.  I had problems with syncing and Calle customer service and spent about an hour trying to resolve the syncing issue.  I was at work during the attempt to repair so on the following day I attempted to set the device up again unsuccessfully. The watch is stuck on the home screen and will not connect to wiFi. I am returning the device for a replacement but would like to exchange the product because of the stated issues.  The person in customer service was very short and snappy in her conversation with me today and I experienced rudeness during my initial call several days ago.  Fitbit if you are reading, you need to improve your customer service especially on a product that has a list of notes problems.  I hope the next versa doesn’t have the same issues!

My daughter purchased 2  versa at kohls and both are defective.  From reading posts in various forums it appears all new fitbit releases from versa to charge 3 have been full of small disasters.  Fitbit has not done their due diligence before releasing.  Good news- it is great advertising for Apple watches!
