Versa won’t sync

I did the latest update on my iPhone and then realized my messages were not coming though, checked the app and it hadn’t even been getting my steps through. I disconnected the Versa and went to sync it again, it says it’s found it but then stays on connecting to tracker and doesn’t move on, don’t know what I can do.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you able to sync your watch now?
