Had my watch for a yr and a half and it doesn't work they have already replaced it once for the same issue and now it wont even turn on. I spent 300 on a fitbit versa just for it to crap out. Poor customer service. Very disappointed wont be buying anything from you guys again

I know how you feel. my versa doesn't even update past the version the Versa came with.
Customer support said there are no pending updates for your versa even though im running a old version. apparently my Versa is up to date even though im running a old version.
So can't use spotify. I'm frustrated.
Everyone else can update, why can't I?
They leave me with so many questions, and I feel like just throwing this thing in the garbage and getting a Samsung smart watch.

I agree at least samsung has higher quality watches that wont crap out in a year too bad I really liked mine

Yea to be fair, I'm really dissapointed to be left in the dark like that.
I spend quiet a lot of money on that versa and it doesn't even update.
