I order a Fitbit and paid for overnight shipping did that on Sunday expecting today it would be shipped. Nope.  Said takes 24 to 48 hrs to ship. How is that overnight shipping. Fitbit you are are a rip off offer overnight shipping and charging for it. Next time I will go to Apple Watch. You all suck

Hi @budyzer0300 - I understand your frustration but please keep in mind that these are not ordinary times. All of the shipping services in the US are warning of delays. And Fitbit itself had to close down many of its offices and services ... sick employees, mandatory distancing, etc. Fitbit is not alone in this situation. Even Apple closed most of their stores throughout the globe. We/they are all doing the best they can. 

 

Once things settle down, you can request a refund for the expedited shipping, I’m sure.

Similar issue, ordered pre-sale and bought overnight shipping. Finally got the email it shipped yesterday, still didn't receive it today. Called fitbit and they said that it has not even left the warehouse yet and they won't let me cancel my order.... Had not mentioned COVID at all, they just said there was an 'issue'...

I’m having similar issues with shipments from Amazon, my medical supply company and other on-line retailers. These are crazy times.
