I've had my Fitbit Versa 2 since march and used it for tracking my cycle rides. the last 6 or 7 ride it will not connect anymore and only records the time is this software or hardware fault?
I'm the same. I tried to contact support but it just threw me to community forums, which I've already trawled and seems a Fitbit restart or repairing is suggested.
Neither have worked for me. Going to try and email Fitbit or get in touch. Totally pants!
Just got off the bike and super bummed. Took round trip ride totaling 6mi. but only 1/2mi each way recorded. The time recorded, but no heart rate; cardio vs fat burn zone, calories...I want to know if I can manually add my ride or distance?
