Last night I pushed the update to my Fitbit versa well it was on the charger fully charged 100%. My Fitbit versa will no longer turn on. Customer support says oh it's outside of warranty here's a discount. My Fitbit versa was working perfectly fine up until I did the update yesterday.I tried holding down all three buttons for at least five minutes at a time and it still will not power on anybody else having this issue?

Seems to have happened to a few users if you read the posts on the announcement of this firmware update being rolled out.

 

That's what I'm afraid of happening with mine as well at the battery drain issue.  Seems like some Ionic users are experiencing this as well.

 

I'm waiting to see what other issues arise from this update and will just keep dismissing this firmware.  Not worth me doing the updating  to loose functionality of a working Versa.

This happened to me as well. It is just dead. The lights on the back light up. The face is completely blank. I tried hold all 3 buttons down, but nothing happens. Now what?!
