My Fitbit Versa 2 started having screen problems last night the screen is 2/3 covered by this white color. I've tried changing my clock and tried doing a factory reset. I've been taking good care of it and I've only had this watch since late December.

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 screen is not working properly. I am here to help. Thank you for taking care of your watch and for trying to resolve this by changing a clock face to Fitbit designed clock face and doing a factory reset.
