Last night I attempted unsuccessfully to update my Versa. The message on my phone app kept telling me that it could not connect. This morning I woke up to a dead Versa. I tried every single variation of button pressing, including the suggested three buttons for twenty seconds that appeared to be successful for other users. So, it is a paper weight at this time. And when I say “dead,” I mean absolutely nothing…..no life whatsoever…just in case someone asks.
