Dark screen on versa 3

Screen is dark and very difficult to see/read despite days still being collected.  What should I do?

Thanks for informing us about the display issues you’ve had with your Fitbit Versa 3.

 

Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode are turned off. In addition, you can try to adjust the screen brightness. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article.

 

If you continue having the same problem, please change the clock face by following these instructions.
