Help!

My steps are showing up on my FitBit app on my iOs device but I can't even seem to find the steps/goals tile on my FitBit Dashboard. I'm trying to log my steps also on a third party app which pulls the step data from the website (which isn't working) through my insurance with some incentive. Please help!

Hi @Runredrover you steps show up on the app's dashboard but not on your dashboard. What dashboard does not show the steps and at what time does this dashboard say the last sync occurred?

Your Fitbit app will also have the time of the last sync.

Could it be that the Fitbit app is only showing live data and has not synced recently?
