Data Not Cleared error message

I have no idea what more to do, never had this many issues. First it wont sync. Then it cant be found at all. Help please! I have restarted my phone. I have restarted the Fitbit. Nit fitbit shows data not cleared and device keeps rejecting pairing with my phone.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your device prior to posting. Let me share with you that the "Data not cleared" error message that's shown on the display of your Versa 2 is because the firmware version update wasn't completed. That said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Then, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

This has not helped. The fitbit still wont pair for me to be able to
perform any of these steps. Nothing else will show across the screen other
than the error when I restart it...
