Data Not Cleared error message

A big red X, followed by the message ,data not cleared sync and try again on my Fitbit Versa light.   It's like it's frozen on that screen and I didn't even try to clear my data it won't take a charge or anything

Therefore, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. I'm still having issues, I've tried all the steps twice ,I've since read
that versa lite does not enable wifi, I'm also not the best student in the
computer class, I didn't know I needed to be to use an activity
tracker.,Ricardo I'm so angry I talked with help thru fitbit,and could not
finish the call,since then I've tried twice to update thank you for taking
the time to reply my fitbit is only three months old,it's not my first
fitbit ,I really just want my $$$$ back.
