Data export not working

Hello everyone,

 

today I've realized, I cannot download my Fitbit Versa data from the website. I've chosen period and type of report, clicked on Download, but nothing happened. The page just starts to "reloaded" and then nothing. I've tried 3 different browsers and it still working like this. Is it some global failure?

Can I get some contact for anybody (person in charge), who could fix it?

It seems that there's an ongoing bug with the data export function at the moment. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are making updates on progress:
