Hello Fitbit Versa Community,
This is my first time posting. I updated my Fitbit Versa a few days ago, and since then, I am unable to start the Fitbit app on my iphone 7 as it will shut down just as soon as I select it. Since I do not have any access to the Fitbit from my phone now as it will not start, the only setting change I can do is from the PC. I have a Mac OS. What can I do to fix this situation? Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for your link. My problem was fixed by updating the iphone OS. I didn't realize that I needed to update the iphone OS. After I did, Fitbit started working fine. So, while your link did not solve the particular issue I had, your step-by-step guide to best update the Fitbit app without problems was informative to me. Thank you very much.
