I had earlier purchased Ionic but had to return due to compatibility issues with my phone later returned it due to some physical malfunctioning.

Purchased Versa now, which is also not compatible with my One Plus 3T phone.

I strongly believe your devices have compatibility issues with One Plus phones. Pl check.

Hi @kumarneeraj  I looked up One Plus phones on the Supported Devices List, and you are right. Here is the full list of compatable One Plus phones

 

OnePlus OneOnePlus 6

 

So only 2. It is not surprising yiu are having problems.
