My FitBit Versa will not tell the correct time. I live in Arizona so I do not have Daylight Savings Time. I contacted tech support a few days ago and they said to reset my phone, reset the versa, make sure my "Automatic Time" is off, sync the Versa and it should correct itself. When we did these steps, I was told "Engineering is aware of the issue and are on it. Just keep trying to sync from time to time". I made sure i am on MST on my phone, shut off the "Automatic Time", reset my phone and Versa, synced the watch again and it still reads the time incorrectly. I uninstalled the versa off of my phone, re-downloaded the app, made sure my phone was up to date, set up the app again and it still will not update the time. What good is a watch if you can't use it for time. I am to the point of just smashing this thing with a hammer and going to Apple. #savetheversa

@AZRay I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not updating nor displaying the correct time. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you. Our team is actively working on a fix and expect the issue to be resolved soon.

I kinda have the same problem with my Versa its stuck on tueday no matter how many times i try and resysnc/reboot the thing :(((

@Seshses Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is stuck on Tuesday. Thank you by the way, for trying the restart process before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so, on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please make sure to sync your device before this.
Finally, sync your tracker again and see if the issue gets fixed.

That didn’t work. However I tried something on my own. Here is what I did. I set my Fitbit and IPhone back to automatic time, reset my phone and Fitbit, shut the automatic time off on both, reset both again, turned automatic time back on,set the correct time zone, synced my Versa and it is now telling the correct time.
