Any one having the same issue? My Fitbit badge count is 4 months late. Anyone have any ideas how to get this updated?

@ashley.spears29   I found one other thread on the same topic, but no one even replied to that thread.  I can only give general troubleshooting advice.  I wear a Versa 3 and Badges aren't available on the Today app.  Try this:

  • Swipe up to get to your Today settings
  • Turn Badges off
  • Restart your Fitbit
  • Add badges back

I'm also moving your post to the Other Versa Smartwatch forum, a better fit for your issue.
