After updating the watch, it keeps vibrate when I don’t get any notification or anything on the clock. It just vibrates every 5 minute….

Try restarting your Versa 2. Just press down and hold the button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate to let you know it’s restarted.
Just monitor the vibration behavior afterwards to see if it’s resolved. If it hasn’t let’s try something else.
Check to make sure both your Fitbit App as well as your phone is up to date. Afterwards, log out of the Fitbit App, turn your Bluetooth off, then turn your phone off for 1-2 minutes. Turn your phone back on and turn your Bluetooth back on. Log back into the Fitbit App and sync your Fitbit.

Still vibrating after reset, and it is only when i have on Exercise….

Thank you for getting back to me. If it’s just vibrating during exercise it’s most likely Zone Notifications telling you when you change heart rate zones.
In the Exercise App on your Versa 2 (after selecting exercise type but before starting) scroll down to see more options specific to that. One is called "Zone notification" you can turn on or off, and that will apply just to that exercise type. Try turning that off to see if that helps.
