Last night my Versa logged me out of my fitbit and all my data is lost. Updated my phone, app. Tried installing and unistalljng and assumed my login would of kept all my past data ! Very frustrating as I rely on this. Can you help please ?

Hi @Vaughanie - there was a server failure that caused a logout. It's important to login with the correct account when logging back in, to be able to see past data.

Thank you. Have logged back on same account but it's sending me new badges etc now which i already have. Will try logging out again. Thank you for replying though. Very frustrating!
