I walked over 17,000 steps, but on my phone dashboard, it stopped recording steps at 2 and restarted at 10 at night. Same with heart rare and calories, but watch has all the steps recorded but did not fill in the entire day or sent it to the phone. How can I get data there?

I regret to hear that some of your data hasn't been transferred to your Fitbit account. I would recommend manually syncing your Fitbit Versa by following these steps. You can also uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
If you continue experiencing the same problem, could you please check out if your data is shown on the online Dashboard?

Thank you for following our recommendations. Could you please let me know if you continued experiencing data missing? If it was a one day issue, as an alternative only, you can manually log steps on the day you experienced problems.
When manually logging activities like walk, run or hike, you can change the distance to add steps.
