Data not cleared: Sync & try again

I just got my fitbit versa in the mail. I plugged it into my desktop to charge. When I tried opening it 5 minutes later the "Data not cleared: Sync & try again" sign came up. What do I do?

EDIT: When I reset it, pressing all three buttons, it will show the Fitbit logo, and then proceed to have the "Data not cleared: Sync & try again" screen again.
